Each tablet contains:

Sodium Sulfaquinoxaline - 50 mg

Pyrimethamine Hydrochloride - 10 mg

Menadione - 1 mg
INDICATIONS:
For control of Avian Malaria and Coccidiosis in gamefowls.
DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:

1 tablet daily for 3 consecutive days. Rest for 2 days then repeat treatment on the 6th day for another 3 days.
